Obviously, the Contiki website (http://www.sics.se/~adam/contiki/) is currently down, it has been slashdotted.

That really is cool! Now we want CGI-effects for the next Lucas Arts-movie, all made on a cluster consisting of 512 C64s!

You do realise just how long it would take to render a single frame, with only 512 C64's... right :-D

Hmm... By my calculations, a 512 node cluster of C64's should be about as powerful as my PDA. :-)
But, seriously, Contiki has some impressive cool features. I'll have to check this part out, and try it, just to believe it.

I used to think putting a RamBoard in a couple 1541 disk drives would make a good cluster since the disk drive's processor is just as powerful as the computer it's connected to. :-)

Why limit one's self to 512 machines. Surely, using the new DTV 64 joysticks would be a much more effient use of space.
I wonder how many I could fit into a 10ftx10ftx7ft room. It could be called Big Tiki!

Well that might give him time to do something interesting like come up with a plot.

George Lucas... a plot... surely you jest!
