Hi how much heat does thease develop the bvision(permedia2) .blizzard 060.ppc 240 cpu/gpu^s thanks

Let's see,

Motorola 68060 3.9 Watts @ 50 MHz.
PPC 603/266 MHz, 5.3 Watts.

Could not find a datasheet for the Permedia 2, maybe under NDA.
