Title: The Purr, a twice-a-monthly newsletter for AROS

I am writing this to announce the second issue of "The Purr", a twice-a-monthly newsletter for AROS.  

It will generally contain a compilation of news, a translation of CVS comments from "Developer" to "English", or thereabouts, and interviews of people involved in AROS.

Comments welcome.
