Title: problems with AMOSPro under WinUAE?
Post by: tomekm on March 02, 2005, 08:31:12 AM
Hi, recently I had to write a database-like program for school, and I decided to use AMOS and then present it under WinUAE. I did wrote the proggy, but whan I came to show it, it crashed every time it did the Poke$ instructions. I checked the source and did not found any bugs, memory allocation was ok, too. But what works on my (BTW expanded a bit:) A1200, doesn`t work under WInUAE. I cannot find a way to make it work.
Anybody had this problem? If yes, please contact me, and help me completing my work...

Have you tried your program on a real Amiga?
Why did you need to use a Poke$ command?
Have you considered using BlitzBASIC2?

Yes, was it a bad command in Amos? Wrong kickstart or settings in WinUAE?
