can anyone tell me where to get the last version ( i think its 1.1 PPC module ) execute file as mine keeps losing sound & lock-up after 4 mins..


if anyone got this file can their please send it to me thanks..

don't know about NL-PPC but here you can find 1.1 and 1.2 68K upgrades

btw . . i've just purchased the original (3 CDs) 68K.

Where could i find the PPC upgrade?

Clickboom is the one who shall have it. Have a look at
their site: http://www.clickboom.com/ and see if you can
find the file.

odin:the download site on clickboom still works fine and it has all the updates there too.


to whom it may concern, do a forum search here on Amiga.org and type in Nightlong , u will find like XXXXXX nightlong threads where the NEW downloads link is on the clickboom site.

thanks for the link..i think i try this version before & got the same results..loseing sound then lock-up..

i got the very first version & now 1.2 ( thanks 2 u )...

will try 1.2 again..

does anyone know how many version their are?...

1.2 is latest upd.

lockups are related to your ahi version most likely , or oter hacky sw/hw.

all my other ppc games works fine..no problems at all ( ie quake I & II,shogo,freespace,heretic II,wipeout & feeble files..

ahi setting..( pref ) prelude 16bit stereo++...frequency 44100...channels 32

all games played in 800x600 where possible..


UPDATE: i tested the 1.2 version & the sound still drops out-out after 4 mins..


the nightlong 68k 1.1 works fine no problems..
