Title: 18 Prometheus boards left, what to do with them?
Post by: redrumloa on January 29, 2005, 11:58:31 PM
I have ~18 Prometheus boards left. I'm debating either liquidating them at an even lower price, or simply makiing them available again for retail. Liquidating them I'd probably sell them all in a week, at retail it would probably take a year or more to sell. hmm... I'm thinking liquidation.

If I liquidate them at $89 for one, or $79 for 2 or more. Would you buy one, or more? If yes PM me please.

$32 Global Express(3-5 days, tracking and insurance). I really would rather not ship any other way on these..

Requests really heated up today, only a few left! I will finalise this later today or tommorow. Anyone interested in the last few, come forward before it's too late.

I remember that at a cheaper shipping it will take 8 worling days to arrive which seems fair to me considering the distance. Also töhe thing of not adding an invoice is very handy when it comes to custom services. Here in Europe they tend to need a lot of money when american products arrive by mail  :-)

Redrumloa : did you get my mail ???

Yes I did:-) Sorry for no reply, I was just compiling a list of interested parties.

@Effy
How could I miss your PM? :lol:

@Odin
You made the list:-)

@all

It appears all 18 have been requested. Tommorow I will pull them out of storage, and will contact each person who requested boards individually.

Thanks all:-)

Will this:

work in the Prometheus?

(or do you need the type with the ribbon connector as well?)

My suggestion was to have been that you should use a shedload of PCI extenders and connectors and daisy-chain the lot of them together to an A3000 mounted in a custom, washing-machine sized case.  :-D

Not likely, from the site:

ONLY SUITABLE FOR ORIGINAL VIA EPIA MOTHERBOARDS

Try PCIRX2N1-NA from ADEX (http://www.adexelec.com/pci32.htm).
