I have not found 4 but have found this version disksalv (http://www.amigau.com/utilities/disksalv11_32.lha)

disksalv 4 is a commercial release so i cant find it for download i know the older versions were made available for free. :-?

Yeah the 11_32 archive is Ok
I use this version since years...
