Title: newcli/shell replacement
Post by: orange on January 27, 2005, 09:54:52 AM
That discussion about linux/dos shell made me think about one for Amiga..
What is the best shell for Amiga? I have seen some with kewl things like using tab to complete dir/filename/?command.

I need two of them: one for KS3.1/060/128Mb
and other for KS3.1/68000/2Mb

Its been a while since I used my miggy but on 3.0 (A4000) I used to use KingCON.  Worth a look IMHO.

KingCON (http://ftp://de.aminet.net/pub/aminet/util/shell/KingCON_1.3.lha) is a very nice CON for the miggy. Using it here, too ;-)

MUICON Rulez! ;-) Seriously now, on the Amiga, I consider KingCon to
be the best CON: replacement.
