Post by: T_Bone on January 13, 2005, 04:07:39 PM
I remember being assigned a book that was pre-defaced, "The  Good Fart", originally "The Good Earth"

EDIT aw crap. Somehow I edited the original message rather than replying. $%%$%^$!!!! I'm telling you I'm losing it!

I don't know why this cracked me up, it's only moderately funny, but it makes up for it in originality.

(slight warning, cartoon genetalia, but nothing every 4th grader hasn't seen, or drawn themselves)

Loved that one!  Brings memories of school textbooks flooding back, like drawing little beards on the sperms on page 78 of my biology books, or best of all my best mate's prized "Tiger book of sport, 1976" which he's liberally defaced with flatulations, phalluses, flared trousers and large afro haircuts on every page.

He's 32 next week and he's still got it!

I particularly liked the comment about Ms Malloy's vertex.

I missed the text in the sidepanel under "American Society of school principals"

" Getting Homeland Security money by
giving brown children detention"
