Title: USB CDROM

Does anyone know if it's possible to use a USB CDROM/Writer with a subway usb card on the A1200?

I've not tried this on an Amiga but I used several USB CD burners on G3 equipped Macs.  They are horribly slow...anything beyond 2X burn rate produced a "coaster."   I'd stick with an IDE or SCSI burner if you can.

Trying to burn a CD beyond 2X using the A1200's IDE will produce a "coaster" too.

It should work! Heck, even my inkjet printer can use USB-CDRW drives!
