Title: AmigaAMP 2.13 released

Hadn't seen this info posted anywhere, so here it is.

Improvements (from the .readme):

Quote

- Fixed a bug that caused misbehaviour when using libmad under OS4
- Opening the prefs program doesn't crash ID3 tag reading any more
- Switching visualisation from full to all ofg doesn't freeze the analyzer any more
- Various smaller optimizations
