Hello
I was busy chuckiling away to myself laughing at the One Foot In The Grave theme tune. Then i thought up something completely hiliarious:
that_punk_guy sining his version of One Foot In The Grave
Think about it. TPG has his own style of singing, plus the moody lyrics and tune of OFITG (although they are both funny), would make a completely hilarious mix. So how about it punkster? Would you sing One Foot In The Grave?
Regards

Someone must have at least ONE comment on this? :-)
-
TPG can do anything he wants. I love his voice.

I think I'll take that as a compliment. ;-)
Erm. No. This won't be happening. But if you want to give it a shot Allan, I think there's definite comedic potential...
:-D

Oh yes. I like punkys work too. I think the guy has great potential. I was just thinking it would be funny, as the OFITG theme is such a depressingly funny tune, that if Chris done this (with his style of vocalist), i belive we will have the perfect blend of humour, depressing. I would do it myself, but unfortunately i can't play the guitar to save my life. :-(
Regards,
-
Neither can I! :-)

I was actually trying to find your "Who's that" song yesterday, but I can't find it :-(
Had it going round in my head for a wee while now :-)

Ahahaha! That's fecking excellent
Nice one Chris! :-D
/me adds to playlist...

This tune is now completely stuck on loop in my noggin. Strangely, unlike most times this happens, I don't mind :-)
*me feels compulsive urge to eat 10 bananas and play in some sand*

Dammit Karlos, I was about to say the same :-D
-
Shucks!
There's a new-ish song on my journal thing too:

...Complete with numerous excuses as to why the performance and recording is so lame. :-)

You should have alerted me about this sooner punk_guy! Don't let it happen again! :-D
Anyhow, i am willing to pay you a fee for the OFITG theme! :-)

I love that one. including the laughing!
BTW, is "fecking" a real word. I mean, I've only heard it on "Father Ted" and thought it was a word they made up because priests aren't supposed to curse (expect Father Jack, "DRINK!")
It sounds funny to me, but then anything on Father Ted cracks me up!
-
Nah, I don't hear people say "feck" in real life. It's just funny and a nice way to avoid annoying the censors. (Of course, it's still entirely obvious what's being said, but there never was much logic beind censorship.)

AH! Just heard that "who's that" song! This is a side i haven't seen from you before Chris! When i play this song, i keep getting visions of Christopher Sheffield heads singing along to this song (like that episode in Red Dwarf, the "Rimmer Tribute"). Very catchy song, everyone i played it to, seems to like it.
The second song the "Dec04" one, is pretty good, although you go a bit mad at the end, "dog is a cat"?!?
Keep it up punky! :-)
Regards,
-
Listen to some Botch or Coalesce and then imagine all the hundreds of truly dreadful copycat bands out there, then you'll get what that last bit was a dig at. For the record, that's not part of the song. ;-)
Cheers dude! :-)

Because 10 minutes fits better into the song than twelve minutes possibly - one sylable shorter :-P
-
I don't believe it! Looks like Mr Sheffield is holding firm. :-(
Sumner7, get Jonopike to produce the OFITG them tune!
