Guys...again...i dont know what went wrong...
I tried to install OS 3.9, not from scratch but from a partition i had with 3.1
I have a Power Flyer, PPC, Mediator and 2 hard disks..
I followed everything i remember (i even did the "skipromupdates" thing) and after installation, i reboot the machine, and suddenly one of my hard disks were missing. In that hard disk, i had almost all programs installed, including asimcdfs, so the machine just hangs there, telling me to insert "workbench volume". Of course, that volume was in the hard disk that is missing by magic.
I tried then with the emergency boot disc, but it only loaded until i got a shell, tried to write anything but "wrong command name"...
So basically i have ruined everything?
Is there a way to solve this?
thanks in advance!!

@ Gavilan,
Try booting from the 3.1 workbench disk and see what comes up.

Hi Chris: well, booting from 3.1 showed me the same: one of my hard disks is missing!
I loaded the Power Flyer preferences, and there were the 2 disks there!
I reset the machine, and still the same...
