Try to tell where you´re from, which continent, which state and which city ... postal charges can really lift up the price ...
-
In Colorado, USA, to be more specific. But I'll consider getting from anywhere depending on the *total* cost. BTW, I don't need any monitors and that will help shipping a lot.
-
That helps a bit. Let´s say in theory that if I would send you a A4000 for free that you still would have to pay 88,50 USD shipping costs, or 66 euro here in (expensive) Belgium ... not much fun eh ?!
-
If you'll send me a 4000 for free and I had to pay $100USD in shipping, that's fine. :) Really, if best system is $100 less then system found in USA, and shipping is $100, it's a wash.
-
I just wanted to make a statement that buying a whole system from overseas is really expensive. But I really can´t give it away, I´m desperately short of money myself. And note also this : if you would get one from Europe, what about the electricity problem of 220 V vs 110 V ??? Suppose you would buy a state of the art A4000 from Germany and plug it in after having waited two weeks before it arrives, and nothing happens because you use another voltage ... wouldn´t that be a pain in the but :-o

Can get a powersupply for $30 on ebay... and I know how to switch the PAL to NTSC as well.
Anyway, anyone who is selling 4000, please let me know.
-
I'm considering selling mine, but I'll probably end up parting it out. Here's how it stands atm.
A4000D with latest chips in custom full AT tower
CyberstormPPC 233Mhz / 66Mhz
148MB total (128 on CSPPC, 16 on MB, 2 Chip)
Promtheus PCI with Voodoo 3 3000 and RTL8029AS
40GB UW-SCSI, 20GB IDE, 24X SCSI CDRW
HD floppy disk drive, Lyra KB adapter
I'm almost positive to part it out, unless I get a real good offer for the whole thing. Feel free to make an offer if you dare;-)

@Redrumloa
Hello,
What would you want for the CS PPC? My card is only a CS MK III, I could offer it in trade or ?
Also, do you have a working Toaster 4000 card?
Thanks,
Jeff

Neofree : "Can get a powersupply for $30 on ebay" ... don´t do that !! Get yourself a brandnew ATX powersupply and use an original A4000 powersupply plug and connect those two together so you can run an A4000 with a beefy 500 Watt :-o
It looks something like this :
Amiga Stecker 6 pol. -> PC ATX Netzteil
Pin 1 (Power Good) -> Pin 8 (normalerweise grau)
Pin 2 (-12 V) -> Pin 12 (normalerweise blau)
Pin 3 (+12) -> Pin 10 (normalerweise gelb)
Pin 4 (GND) -> Pin 3, 5, 7, 13, 15,16 oder 17 (normalerweise schwarz)
Pin 5 (GND) -> Pin 3, 5, 7, 13, 15,16 oder 17 (normalerweise schwarz)
Pin 6 (+5 V) -> Pin 4, 6, 19 oder 20 (normalerweise rot)

Magnetic,
Do you happen to have another copy of the Video Toaster software? I recently reinstalled, and one of my floppies has gone bad :( Message me with a price, if you do have one!
Thanks!
