Bah - pedant... ;-) Well technically both are correct: :-P

For example:

Realise can be spelt Realize. Go to any newspaper, they have a house spelling book to make sure they use consistent spelling throughout... ok maybe I am clutching at straws :-P

But anyway, have you added you're pin to a map? :-D

Rob.

I am a pedant, yes. However 'loosing' is not correct.
I can loose a volley of arrows, or loose the hounds (in a Mr Burns styleeee!).
But in the context in that document, you mean 'lose' or 'losing'.
You lose your marbles, or you lose your wallet, but you never 'loose' them :-)

Go and look in a dictionary :-)

If its any consolation, its a very common error, one that I see all the time, as well as people using apostrophes to form plurals, when they should only ever be used to show omission or possession.

I was only trying to be helpful!

Well, they have a style guide, yes.

edit: But admittedly, I do teach English as a profession, which explains why I am analogically retentive about it ;-)
And I've completely hijacked your announcement. Sorry about that :-)

That is a really good idea for a site actually. Amiga certainly is a platform where everyone needs to be a developer to help keep it afloat. In fact, I think that is what has already happened to date (Aminet, for example).
Nice one!

Ok, a new MAP has been added.

One which will allow you to post that you have an A1 seperate of any dev or testing team.
