Hello all,
I'm using IB2.3 (v. nice update) but I'm wondering if there is a keyboard shortcut that allows you to cycle through the browsers in tabbed mode?
-
Left or Right ALT + any number
I hope this helps you...

I dont even think ALT is needed, not here it aint at any rate.

Actually, this isn't quite right. There are two methods:
1. Press any of the 1-0 keys to jump straight to any of the first ten browsers (0 for browser 10).
2. Shift+Alt + cursor left/right to cycle through all available browsers in the window.

Hehe, thanx for the info.. ;) it worked with alt ... grrr.. well.. everyone can fail... but atleast.. my numbers where right ;)

RAMIGA + N - Opens either a new window or browser, depending on what your prefs are.

Okay, I am the dummy for this one. I am looking at my Ibrowse Prefs window. I have GUI/FAB Menus open. I see two areas to the right. The one just right has a bunch of items. Then the next one has four items that are unexpanded. Below this area I see "Name" "Action" "Int" but they ghosted. I can not do anything with them. I have tried to click on the items to see if that would unghosted the boxes, but no go. Am I in the right place?

warrent@: go to settings, its the first menu u see :) , the "GENERAL" just tick that one time.
on the menu u should have: ;misC: close bookmarks after selection etc, and stuff like safe requester.
anyway almost at the bottom there is the thing u want :) , the "DEFAULT NEW METHOD" , i use NEW BROWSER here now :)
btw i am not screaming :)
hope that it helps..

Yes, I did find that. I was just wondering about giving new browser a different keyboard combination. Like right Amiga/B.

ahh now i get it, sorry i dont know how to do this, infact i dont have a clue :)
only thing i need now is a shortcut key to make links open in a newbrowser (ie CTRL + Left mousebutton) ...anyone knows?
-
In old IBrowse (2.2) you can do it if add
OPEN LINK IN NEW BROWSER submenu in
Preferences / GUI / FAB menus.
(just drag & drop)
So when you select with right mouse button opening
new link in popup menu, "Open link in new browser"
will appear (besides "Open link in new window").
Hope this helps.

djnick:yes that helped , but still i must use the mouse, is there a keyboard shortcut? , ie holding CTRL + clickking left mouse button etc?
