There used to be a really good list of ALL (almost all) Amiga chips, listed by part number that said what version was what, and which Amiga which version was for.
Anyone know where this went? :-)
I seem to be only abe to find helterskelter lists all over the place (many of which I see are factualy incorrect). I also want one that's just one long list - jumping from page to page to page isn't all that helpful...
Thanks in advance!

Maybe this (http://www.vgr.com/tbocl/MAIN.html)'ll help.

Thanks but that just lists the custom chips.
There used to be a website that had everything (all the roms, all the custom chips, all the other chips, etc). I wish I had archived it so I could stick it on my site or give it to somebody else to put on theirs. There are lots of chip lists out there that have parts of the info, but none of them have all of it.
The format of the list I recall (and helped update a couple times) looked like this:
Name ---- Chip Number ---- Machine(s) used in
It was formatted in a nice table, and it was about 4 printed pages long. I don't have my browser history older than 4 months ago (reinstalled win in Aug) and I forgot backup my bookmarks. With the recent changes in Google, I don't seem to be able to find it (perhaps it's no longer on a webserve anymore).

Hmmm... what chips aren't listed on the page I linked to...? The Kickstart chips are there if you click on the 'Kickstart'-link, complete with name, part # and what machine it was used in.

I think it may have something to do with the fact that you have to click links to get the info instead of being all on one page. Judging by what he said in his original post.

Well, it doesn't list a lot of chips actually.
Where's the 4 different CIA chips on that page and which machines were each one for? (As an example). Where's the 2 different versions of the "Mouse" chip? (74LS157PC was one, I forget the other). Etc. :-)
I guess I can put together a definitive chip list from the 4 or 5 sources out there and add some info myself where I know for sure I have the numbers and info correct. I suppose Amiga-Hardware.com would post it somewhere, or maybe here on Amiga.org (I'm sure it would be handy to somebody besides just me).
I also don't like having to jump from page to page to find part numbers.
