Now targeted for the middle of December AFAIK. It will be PCI only, of course. No Flipper interface, meaning no Zorro connector.

So we need to buy one 2nd hand, if we´re lucky to get one :-?
Or get a Commodore Amiga 500 2000 3000 4000 floppy on PC w/ ISA ... here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4598&item=5134989713&rd=1)

Speaking from a floppy drive perspective only, what is the difference between the Catweasel MK III and the Floppy on PC, assuming I would use it in my A4000T?
-
It allows you to use HD floppies with a stick PC drive, rather than needing a proper Amiga one.
PCI suits me fine, as I only want to read Amiga floppies on my 'fake' Amiga-PC :-)

@ Holley
I assume you can't boot from the Floppy on PC. But can you read standard 800k amiga disks on the attached 1.4mb PC floppy?
-
@Effy
For an miga you can still get the Catweasel S-Class. For the PC you can get the Catweasel ISA, if you hav an ISA slot or simply wait for the MK4.
BTW the MK3 is sold:-)

Redrumloa : I already bought a Catweasel from you a while ago but still didn´t reach the point of installing it :-)
