OK the small dab of remaining faith I had in the justice system has been obliterated. As I'm sure everyone knows, Scott Peterson was found guilty today. On what grounds, with what evidence? That’s my question. Was he a sleaze ball that cheated on his wife, sure? Was he an insensitive {bleep} that left his very pregnant wife at home while he went fishing on Christmas Eve, you betcha. Was he a dumb ass that ran for the border when it looked like he was the only person the police were targeting, sure was! But does any of that make him a murderer? Nope.

I don't buy it.
Who goes fishing, on christmas eve, alone, 100 miles from home, on a day too cold to golf, for only an hour?
Evidence suggests she was attacked on Dec 23rd. The day before he left "fishing."
Peterson claims that his wife was abducted while walking the dog. Was she walking the dog in her bra and underpants? because her clothes were in the hamper.
I admit that there's not a whole lot of evidence... but I do believe he is guilty as charged. Whether there was enough evidence to properly convict him I don't know.
