Title: Mount ADF on Amiga 1200?
Post by: neofree on February 14, 2003, 03:30:38 PM
Hello, I have an Amiga 1200 and would like to mount ADF files as a virtual disk drive, much like how UAE works.  Is this possible?

Thanks,

Neofree

yes but you need uae 68k and a very fast amiga (ppc recommended) to run it at descent speed

@neofree

Yes you can mount them as virtual floppy drives,

Download

TransADF (http://uk.aminet.net/pub/aminet/disk/misc/TransADF.lha)
and
 fmdisk (http://uk.aminet.net/pub/aminet/disk/misc/fmsdisk.lha) and use transADF to turn the ADF file to a virtual floppy disk,

Note: a lot of Games use Alien tracks so they will show no icons or can not be read.
