BTW, why can't 3 SIMMs be used for a total of 96MB?

Because CSPPC memory is 64-bit.

It uses a 64bit memory bus so SIMMs must be added in pairs.

Oh, makes sense.  Also, I notice the EC processor.  Does this have a working FPU/MMU?  I know some are mislabeled.

I helped get it started for you Red!  I'm jumping out now, but I hope you do well on it :-).  I'll bet it goes for close to an AmigaOne motherboard.

BTW, any new pictures of your A4K tower project?  How is it going?

No unfortunately:-( The last several months have been bizzare between hurricanes(multiple!), work and major job activity/move(day job). Fortunately by late this year, early next year I will have alot more free time to devote to my projects:-)
