Dammit Toecutter: I look away for 10 seconds and you get the PIV...

I suppose it is too late to offer Topaz 300 Euro?

300 Euro for a PicassoIV card???  Why not just buy a Prometheus board and slap a Voodoo card on it.  It's much faster and you get faster resolutions and 3D capability. All for around US$140.00.  I have both setups (PIV and Prom/V3) and honestly, there's little to recommend the PIV other than the flicker fixer AA passthru in an A4000(T).

300EUR? Wow. :-)

@ Argus and Toecutter

Yes, it is the flickerfixer passthrough that I want :-)

Besides, I always wanted a PIV. I'm (at the moment) getting a few 'classic' expansions for my A4kT. It's not really performance I want, more like future-proofing (I'll not have to rely on my 1438s if I get a PIV)

@ Everybody

Let me not make a tit of myself: I'm not trying to get that PIV away from X53, I was joking about that.

I'll get a PIV elsewhere, Toecutter got this one.

Everything is crystal clear, the card is still available, but X53 has the right to buy it first.

I hope for the others to have new hardware to sell in the near future (not decided yet to sell my CybPPC233/66...)

@ Topaz

Right-o
I'll be interested to see what else you have. I haven't had the opportunity in years gone by to upgrade this A4kT, and now I intend to, as a hobby.
I still got a soft spot for the Big Lump.
Depending on the specs, I'll be interested in the PPC.

Picasso IV and Delfina sold, thanks to the buyers.

Now left my X-Surf II and my Cyberstorm PPC board which I finally withdraw from my A4000T.

The specs of the Cyberstorm are as follow :
- PPC 604e @ 233 Mhz (with fan)
- Motorola 68060 @ 64 Mhz (with fan + radiator)
- 4*32Mo=128Mo RAM 60ns
- UW SCSI working fully

I sell the board with an HP Hard drive 9Go (UltraSCSI 3) with all the cables and 2 active terminations).

Please ask for more informations.
