Title: Toolmanager Like Application Workbench 3.9

Hi, I'm looking for an application similar to Toolmanager or even toolmanager with a glowicons set that fits in with OS3.9 icons - can anyone recommend anything they also may be using?

Well, there's AmiDock that comes with OS3.9.  It's not as good as TM but it works as a simple dock.
