Title: CD Player For Audio CD's On The Amiga

Could someone please tell me what software to use to play cd's on the amiga, im using workbench 3.9, on an amiga 4000. My cd-rom drive is an atapi ide drive.

Try GroovyPlayer which is available on Aminet

If you have WB3.9,(and you have) than there
is a standard program called "PlayCD". You can
find it in the Utilities directory.

If you want to play CD's on Paula or your soundcard, you can use SongPlayer, which is able to grab sound digitally from the audioCD.

The only thing with this cd player is that it says i do not have a scsi II compatible cd-rom, i am using the asim_atapi.device for my cd-rom?
