Hey all just thought you'd like to know this is my first time online with the old A1200, finally got something good working, by the look of this page I have a lot to still set-up though!

I remember the times when i used to use my a1200 online had no real problems, must of used dialup up on my a1200 for two years .I now use my pc i have broadband and use yahoo messenger to talk to friends and familly a lot.

Have fun its a great feeling when you first get your amiga online .

Yeah I know people here are great help, although I did this all by myself lol, just gotta cram all those free games onto the beast now!

I dont't think alot do. At least I expect most that do have some RTG solution.

I can post messages with my 1200. In fact this message is posted by my A1200. However 640x512 just isn't enough. Scrolling the browser contents is also not fast enough. Don't get me wrong, I don't think a 1992 PC will do any better. But I just prefer my (2003) PC for browsing. The amiga is just for fun.

Maybe it is a good idea to have a poll about this. We can see how many users use the Amiga for browsing this site. Perhaps a webmaster is able to see which browsers hit the site most? Site statistics can offer top 10 most used browsers I believe.

Anyway. Good job getting the amiga online.
