No, but commodore made them.

With ducktape you can. But it will not work. If you want to go 3.5 inch on a commodore 8 bit you'll need an 1581 or a CMD drive. You are not likely to run into either of those. They are rare and expensive.

No,no,no! Amiga and 8 bit commodores are in no way compatible. Forget it. Buy a nice beefy pc and install the ccs64 emulator. That emulator will give you a GHz C64  :-P

Try browsing the web some more. There is a huge ammount of info on these different computers.

Good luck.

Actually...: (http://www.henkelca.com/about/history/80s.asp)

1985    Jack Kahl officially re-names duct tape "Duck Tape" and creates Manco T. Duck, Manco´s mascot and ambassador of good will.

Yeah, but surely if it isn't 'branded' Duck tape then it's duct tape.

Anyway, having a speedup on games that were designed for the C64 will just make 'em unplayable, as anyone thats tried playing a game for an early Amiga on a later one can testify ;-)

Some games were, however, done on both C64 and Amiga, with the Amiga version being identical apart from having more colours and better sound (sometimes smoother too).

Maybe we should have a thread about duck tape vs duct tape and another favourite one:

tender hooks vs tenter hooks

 :-P

In Canada it is still affectionately known officially as "Duct Tape..."

According to one of our national heros anyways:
Red Green (http://www.redgreen.com/)

The definative definition of duct tape:
Red "Duct Tape"  Green (http://www.redgreen.com/media/photos/red.htm)

I had not updated that message when I posted so I didn't see your post. Made it look as If I was correcting you. Wasn't the case, I just happen to be a big Red Green fan and I could not resist posting that. :-)

Red Green had some 6 or 8 inch wide duct tape in a Handyman project. He referred to it as "relaxed fit duct tape".
