Title: Trouble with registering

A friend of mine tried to register at this page, but he got an "Cannot register new member" error. Is there anything wrong with the server for the moment or why doesn't it work?

Best to PM an administrator or Wayne. AFAIK this could be caused by trying to register using an anonymous proxy service.

Also thanks to a user by the name of Doomaster an IP range was banned. It could be he is in that same range. He isnt a Comcast user by chance is he?
