Yes indeedy, no more chav infested streets (the area I am moving into has a restriction on under 16's after 8pm) no more air bombs fired at my windows, no more having to phone the police cos the girl upstairs is having yet another argument with her boyfriend (usually ending in her kicking him out, only to take him back again a week or so later) no more having to live next door to a prostitute.
And out of a masonette (Which despite all the crap, is a very comfortable abode) into a two bedroom house!
(Doing a swap with my mates brother, who is then moving back to middlesborough).
House warming party to be announced as and when its all ready to go, anyone who wishes to pop in and get a few beers (or whatever beverage takes your fancy) are welcome to do so :-D
Can you tell I'm happy?

Congrats mate, I hope you are happy in your new home.
In advance here's a virtual :pint: to help celebrate your move :-)
All the best,

Fantastic news mate :-D
I know the stress of having to move house (6 times in 6 years) and moving to get away from trouble (the move before last was a decant as our tenament was constantly under attack by kids in the area - they even started moving a 3 piece suite from the 2nd floor up to ours one night, the only thing we could think of was to either set fire to it on our landing or barricade us inside :-o And many more terrifying stories as we were the only people living in the block although on paper there were another 3 occupied flats - longish story).
Soon all your stresses will be over and you'll be able to get your stress levels drastically reduced and concentrate on the finer things in life - like your partner and Amigas :-D
Here's a few rules for the day you move:
1) Don't pack the kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, mugs etc...
2) Make sure your mobile phone is charged up...
3) (Once in the new house) Plug in the kettle and make yourself a cuppa before unloading
4) When unloading/packing make sure you leave seats empty ready for collapsing in
5) Make your bed so you can just crumble in a heap when it's time
:-D
I suppose I'll be the second to give you a :pint: then :-D
