Just ran across this on the net after viewing some details about a new 'feng shui' motherboard (component placement on this board allows "positive path for airflow spirits", read up on it -- kinda funny heh)
Anyway... I'm an amiga OS! Screenshot is HERE (http://www.xanitech.com.au/youAreAnAmigaOS.jpg) :-D [1280x1024 JPEG, 248KB, Q: 70%]
So which OS are you? Find out here: http://www.bbspot.com/News/2003/01/os_quiz.php (http://www.bbspot.com/News/2003/01/os_quiz.php)
And before anyone comments, yes I am an internet exploiter user... as well as outlook, and I am aware that I have a message window visible from MSN; and give yourself a pat on the back if you can tell that I also have yahoo pager, ICQ, activesync and other crud installed by looking at the IE buttons  I still have a miggy 1200 and a couple of linux boxes, so i'm not *that* bad..
-
When I just ran it normaly I got Debian, then I tried to get AmigaOS and managed to get PalmOS instead =)
-
No fair, I got OS X. :-o
-
How Odd... I just got AmigaOS... I'm sure I got OpenBSD last time...
-
Palm OS
-
I'm an Amiga OS too. Not that I am upset by it - I'm just curious as to what answers I gave that resulted to that. Silly test. Thanks...I always need validation. :-)

"You are Windows XP. Under your bright and cheerful exterior is a strong and stable personality. You have a tendency to do more than what is asked or even desired."
I feel sick...

The description of windows xp is totally shot, though
-
It's cleverer than I thought...
I got AmigaOS too. Which I take as a huge compliment, naturally.
-

heh, never noticed it before, but I'm sure there's some sexual innuendo that can be inferred from that...

So which OS are you?
I guess I could have done worse. I ended up Red Hat Linux. Heh, heh. I never got beyond running the basic Debian install that came with my A1.
At least I didn't end up as a Windoze ME.

I'm OS X
Edit: my anti-personality is Windows 95
That's good, yes?
-
Amiga OS
:-D
-
Whee..

-
TRS-80.
Did a few of runs of my anti-self and came up with AmigaOS, AppleDOS 3.1, and OS/2. :-? Fortunately, Windows 95 also came up in that category. :-D
-
So, does everybody get the same results as the last time (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=44053) this test was featured on a.org? I got AmigaOS before. I guess I've changed a bit :-D.
@cyberus:
Er.....yes...well. I can't help that she doesn't reply to my emails now can I! ;-).
-
I popped up as OS2 warp..then changed one thing..the last answer to the question of "does this really matter"..to the first option then it turned into AmigaOS..w-e-i-r-d
-
I too am;
I'm going to go back and see what other results I can force from the survey.
-
Aw crap, I'm TRSDOS again
:-P
-
Win95
-
Huh, it says Windows 2000 SP3. Go figure.
-
Crap I am Windows XP! How did that Happen? I want to be Amigs OS!!!
-
Windoze 98...doh!!!
-
I think this has been on a.org before.
I was win 95 or something.
Couldn't be bothered with the quiz now though.
-
Last timr I checked I was OS/2. Can't be bothered to do it again.
-
Now that is about half poopy! :-P
Amiga rulez! :-D

-
Greetings,
You are OS X. You tend to be fashionable and clever despite being a bit transparent. Now that you've reached some stability you're expecting greater popularity.
 I could not even afford a PPCMac. If I do, I'd sell that and buy me A1 or Peg.
Regards,
Gizz
-
AHHHH!!! nooooo!!! ...:CENSORED
ok . . .i've got win 95 but . . .have you noticed the AmigaOS definition? quite right
-
Thats a cool test. I also got AmigaOS as a result! I guess MorphOS counts too? :-D
(http://www.bbspot.com/Images/News_Features/2003/01/os_quiz/amiga.jpg)
-
It really works ;-)
-
I ended up as Debian... :-( Ah well, at least it wasn't a windows flavour! :-D

I'm not sure what to make of that
-
ok, no html I guess then
-
I was Windows 95 last time 'round
[moe] Oh well, looks like it's suicide again for me ... [/moe]
-
MacOS X Jaguar 10.2.8 - its been that since earlier this year and will be until Tiger. I don't see the point in getting Panther i'll just wait until Tiger 10.4.x because it looks a lot better.
-
So did you take the test? See how OSX relates to you as a person, lol ...
-
I´m Debian too, but I´m not sad about it, Debian would they Linux I would use if I use Linux.
Guess it fits me.
-
AmigaOS :-D
-
(http://www.bbspot.com/Images/News_Features/2003/01/os_quiz/trsdos.jpg)
Hmmm.... :-?
-
OS/2 Warp... :-?
and I've never even used it! :inquisitive: :insane:
-
:-o ... Windows 95 ...
But then I tried several more times and got something different each time .... but never Amiga OS
Oh well ....

-
Gnu/Hurd????
-
First time I took that test, I was OS/2, which seems right.
Second time, I got OS X, which really is not. :-)
-
Well, strangely I came up as GNU/HURD (or is that turd?), Debian, OS2/Warp on successive runs in which I only changed the answer to the last question.
Go figure :-)
-
Very strange, I was Debian at first.
But then I changed favorite input device from keyboard to sausage of power, and got AmigaO/S.

-
Indeed, changing the input device had a major difference to the outcome. I went back and changed all manner of things, and I didn't like any of the alternatives it suggested. I couldn't make it come out Amiga OS at all, so I guess it makes me a bad person ;-(
-
"You are Windows XP. Under your bright and cheerful exterior is a strong and stable personality. You have a tendency to do more than what is asked or even desired."
Well, what could I expect seeing how new I am here!!
-
OH MY LORD... I am dreading this answer
Which OS are You?
You are Slackware Linux. You are the brightest among your peers, but are often mistaken as insane. Your elegant solutions to problems often take a little longer, but require much less effort to complete.
-
LOL!
I am an AmigaOS...
-
I'm AmigaOS as well.
srg
-
I truly answered all questions honestly and I am very happy to be AmigaOS. But I never ever try this again...
