Title: Fortran 90
Post by: Cyberus on August 25, 2004, 06:25:01 PM
Learned it at Uni - need to brush it up for a job interview. Don't suppose there's an Amiga port :-P

Oh, and how would you fancy my chances of getting a working knowledge of Unix in a few weeks? :-o

Fortran 90, Unix, and the job is in the centre of the universe.  Heck, if you cannot handle it, refer me to them.  :-D

Best you'll be able to find is Fortran 77.  There was an old package from Absoft, but I'ven't any idea where to acquire it.

GNU GCC is an option from GeekGadgets, but again only 77 with a few add-ins from 90.

If you want to learn Unix, get a copy of Learning the Unix Operating System from O'Reilly.

Thanks for your replies guys.
I'll check out the Unix book.
I just need to track down my lecture notes on Fortran - I have a horrible feeling they were used to light a fire or something :-o
