Title: WHDLoad 'redirect' files
Post by: Holley on August 24, 2004, 01:32:20 AM
I'm having a blonde moment, can anyone point me to where I can find these darn things?

I've got them on a disk somewhere ... but of course I didn't have the foresight to write a flipping label on it (d'oh!) ... and I can't find the right archive on Aminet either ...

The ones found in skick345.lha on Aminet, they're referred to in the WHDLoad docs as 'redirect' files ... yes I know they're not WHDLoad specific, but thats all I ever used 'em for.

now all I'm short of is an A1200/4000 KS file (not a problem as I've just gotta rig up my A1200 some time - ATM I'm using the 3.1 image from my A3000 for UAE, but thats not the right one), and a couple of libraries some installs seem to want.

Found the floppy I had them on anyway - havn't used WHDLoad in an age, but I wanted to some of my AGA stuff on UAE for my current nostalgia trip ;-)

Hehe, those are "relocation" files.  I too wondered what the hell you were talking about.   :-)
