Post by: guest1255 on August 21, 2004, 10:29:00 PM

I have Amiga Explorer6 on PC Win2000. When i transfer a file to any of my real amigas, right after the transfer the real amiga reports everytime Hard disk error on block...
This error stays even when im not connected to pc.
Does anyone know why and how to fix this problem.
All my hard disks have now this error.

The message is in German : DH0 hat einen Prüfsummenfehler in disk-block 135.937??
This is the same error that i get in English on my other machines.

As this error occurs after you copied some files to the HDD and it propagated to other HDDs, too, I suspect you've got a virus. Turn off the computer and run a virus killer from a clean uninfected boot disk.
