According to my astronomy software, come this August 23rd, if you can see the constellation Scorpius, the crescent moon will be very near the star Antares. I hope there won't be any clouds blocking the way, as that will be a very pretty sight.

Yeah,
it`ll be a bit low in the south...
in fact the half moon will have set before it get really close to Antares (less than a degree, on the 24th at 4 in the morning)
But a nice sight...
