Hello people,
I am considering in purchasing an A4000T from AmigaSuperBit in Spain. I was wondering if any other people on here have ordered from them in the past and if so what sort of service they got. Are they a good reseller?
BTW, here is the link:
AmigaSuperBit A4000T (http://amigasuperbit.com/cgi/tienda/product_info.php?cPath=27_1&products_id=458)
Any replies gratefully appriciated. Cheers :-)

I buyed my A1 from AmigaSuperBit one year ago and I don`t have any problem with they.
They changed my Uboot chip for free ( I only payed P&P ) and I received my AOS4 prerelease copy in 24h.
ASB is the last Amiga store open in Spain:-(
-
Cheers Clooned, thanks for the reply.
I think I might have to buy it from there, I don't think anywhere else sells them anymore. :-(
-
Does this mean you'll be selling the A3000....?
:-D;-)
-
Well......It's not working at the moment, but if the time comes i'm sure i'l let everyone on here know... ;-) :-)
-
I know the feeling, my A4000 seems to be giving up the ghost :(
Its no fun when you have spent a fair bit on ROMs, an accelerator etc etc...
-
Thats true, i've bought quite alot over the years. 8-)
I dont fancy buying a Peg or A1 yet so I thought I would try and get a nice A4000T to stick all my expansions in! :-)

Hi! i have bought quite a few items from them (including the so hard cable that replaced the one that came broken with my Blizzard PPC scsi), very good service and very good comunication

According to the ad it states "A4000T Motherboard + A4000T Tower (original)" It seems as it may be stripped down.. I would check that out..
-
Thats what I thought too, but I sent an email to them yesterday and received a reply saying it is fully assembled and includes all the usually stuff associated with the tower (disk module, SCSI2 module etc.), WB 3.1 and manuals. The only thing not included it would appear is a hard drive. Also includes a 2 year warranty so it looks like a good deal! :-)
-
Looks like a good deal to me for a complete system.. And a 2 year warranty not bad at all....
-
very good service and very good comunication
They phoned me several times to talk about my A1.

Yes! His name is Juan Manchon.
I think is a good deal for a full A4000T :-o

@Clooned
Is it really a "full" A4000T? The headline only says "A4000T Motherboard + A4000T Tower". It doesn´t mention anything about floppy drive, hard drive, cables, PSU, the two modules which the computer wont work without...
It does sound like a sweet deal, but I would ask a little about the setup before buying... One can avoid being disappointed that way... :-)
-
I think everything is included except the hard drive from the reply i received yesterday. :-)
