Title: Netventures and KMOS

Hello
On Amiwest, Dr Gary Hare had announced that KMOS bought Amiga Inc.  Netventures (Netherland), the previous owner still mention Amiga Inc on their website.
Does Netventures still own half of Amiga Inc, or they forget to update their website?
Is Netventures the owner of KMOS?
