Just found an old student newspaper (2001) that I was about to throw away, and then I discovered why I'd kept it, it had some bizarre shopping links.
Some may be broken, or not interest you...but why not take a look? :-)
Guns? (http://www.taser.com)
Guns? (http://www.avalon-guns.co.uk)
Two-headed teddy bears (http://www.zz9.org)
Spacecraft parts (http://www.cosmo.org/libertyacrylic.htm)
Snakes (http://www.reptilian.co.uk)
This is an amusing one! (http://www.inventionconnection.com/BOOTHS/booth269.html) - I know a few of you guys will appreciate the humour (and perhaps usability)!
Anti-radiation equipment (http://www.lessemf.com)

Although the severity and specific symptoms may vary, Premenstrual Syndrome affects the thoughts, feelings and actions of those who suffer from it. Over 150 symptoms have been associated with PMS. The symptoms vary in length and severity from woman to woman as well as from month to month for the same person. They can also change throughout a woman's adult life. Surveys show that 10% of women have symptoms so severe that they cannot function regularly.
They missed a 0 in that percentage. That should be 100%.

don't be a wise guy, kenny. i have NEVER had any such "Premenstrual Syndrome".
it's a real condition that only affects some people.

Yea, MEN!

PMS.
You know what I think? I think women are more patient than men in general and don't "blow up" over the stupid things their partners do... Except for that one time when their tolerance is drastically reduced and it all comes out at once.
The solution? Try not to be such a {bleep} during the rest of the month.

I meant that it's men who "suffer' from it. :-P
Actually though I think PMS is overrated, when I'm in pain, I'm a big baby! I think mens behavior is influenced by pain more than a womans behavior, and I'm not just saying that because someone's reading over my shoulder!
Seriously though, when I'm in pain I'm out of the game, when my wife is in pain she pushes through it.

i knew what you meant.....
and it's that "cry-baby" behavior that annoys me.
i was raised to be stoic.
strangly enough, because one has to actually SAY something on a message board, i find myself revealing more things under these conditions than I normally do in "real life".
ps. i think chris is very perceptive. :-D

Wubbish! :-)
Generalisations, generalisations.
I've met a lot of unreasonable women. But I'm not going to start saying 'Men listen to logic more than women', even though in my/ experience this is true. I mean, I've only met a few thousand people, and only know a couple of hundred well enough to have noticed.
Not enough data to write a conclusion.

I've met a lot of unreasonable men too. Most of my female friends tend to be more rational than the males especially when comforting words of support and advice are required.
