Title: cd player on os3.1 A4000

Hello,

I have install a cd player lite-on on the ide.
ide hard disc
Lite on

I have install all the files from amicdfs.
Now I tryed to edit the CD0.
I have only memac and its seems complicate.
Can someone tell me a good free editor ?
And what do have to change in DF0.

What about Ed ? Open a shell window and enter

ed devs:dosdrivers/cd0

Press return to create a new line, press Ctrl-B to delete a line. Press Esc and enter X to save changes and exit, press Esc and enter Q to leave without saving. Mark a block with the mouse and use right Amiga-C to copy and right Amiga-V to paste.

Do you also have got the IDEfix software to detect CDroms on the internal IDE port ??? If not then you won´t be able to use it. Unless you get a Zorro IDE controller and then it won´t be any problem  :-)
