Title: IDE CD-ROM for Amiga 2000

I have a masoboshi SCSI/IDE card. I can make an ide hard disk work fine but the ide CD-Rom doesnt run. Is there a rule or trick to get an ide cd-rom to work? Can anyone help?

Hi Apache2k,

You need to install a CD-ROM file system.  You can either buy Asim CDFS or download AmiCDFS from Aminet.  Personally, I use Asim CDFS.  It works really well and I have never had any problems with it.   :-)
