Title: Ebayer!

His name is ssuperfrog

Goods didnt arrive. he never contacted me for an insurance claim on the lost goods. he will NOT send proof of posting for me to claim, I guess that means, Tough luck Sucker!

You should complain to ebay customer service giving them the whole story so they can kick him out of ebay...

PayPal won't do anything either, because PayPal Buyer Protection doesn't apply to items sold outside of eBay.

The moral of the story: Don't deal outside of eBay!
The seller should still be shot though.

I know it´s against the rules to offer to sell outside of ebay so if original mail is kept maybe thats enough for a ban?
I know they ask to have it reported if you do receive a request to buy outside of ebay..

He said today he has the original proof of posting, ok if thats true why avoid me, why not tell me he sent it and give me the copy of proof of posting, why not get in touch with royal mail to make a claim for the loss of the item, no he decided to totally ignore me, change his user name and change his email address, I say this even if he did send it, im out of pocket and he made no attempt to claim for my loss, he never spoke to me again, nice ebayer.

Report him to PayPal any way. Never know. They might do something. That is if you can't get him to refund your money. If you have his address, you could try contacting his and yours local police dept.

Its no good complaining to eBay, they dont give a s*** for any one.

The only thing eBay cares about is profit.

Buying from him through ebay should be fine, he has good feedback. Outside ebay he sent probably 2nd class so it went missing and I am out of pocket. I wont be buying off him again. He still will not provide Proof of postage!
