Not nice...  Especially in view of the fact I'm recovering from a very nasty incident at the weekend involving a mountain bike crossbar and a very tender part of my anatomy.

I'd cross my legs in sympathy if I could...

Were I in this man's shoes, this surgeon would experience the foulest of tortures, and would certainly not survive the encounter... The end, of course, involving kerosine, a soldering iron and his rectum.

Wow, that is really grim!

That doc needs a one way ticket to the asylum methinks. How was he even able to do this? Was he working alone on the guy? I can imagine he could swiftly amputated the man's penis, but to find the time to dissect it into three pieces - didn't anybody try to stop him?
