Here's a few of my favourites:
Super Methane Bros.
Alfred Chicken!
Banshee demo music (wasn't in full game)
Agony (main theme)
Nebulus 2
Gem-X
-
Typhoon Thompson :-D
-
The Settlers
Pinball Illusions (especially babewatch table!)
Rodland
Zool 2
Lotus Turbo Challange (the first one)
Monkey Island
Jaguar XJ220 in game music
there are so many good tunes ;-)
-
It's gotta be Stardust or Super Stardust, the Amiga's equivalent of
the Atari Jaguar's Tempest 2000!
Also, the orchestral soundtrack on Genetic Species was very
atmospheric.
Who can forget the intro music to Cannon Fodder though? "War, never
been so much fun..."
:-D :-D :-D
I like the soundtrack to Litil Divil on CD32, I think that's the one I
liked. It had these plinky-plonky comedy orchestral tunes.
What was the soundtrack of the Alien Breed games like, I'm sure it
must have been good. The Zool games always had something for everyone
too.

Flashback
Jaguar XJ220
ProjectX
Super Stardust

I have always liked the music from Shadow of the Beast and Treasure Trap. I have them burned onto an Audio CD which I play all the time in my car. Treasure Trap really sounds good if you have a sub-woofer hooked up and play it loud! :-D

This topic has been discussed so many times....
sigh...
the amiga really is dead.

Every Amiga game seemed to have pretty good music. If you listen real hard to the Lotus music, it says, "dDon't copy this game." Sorta like a subliminal message. hehe.
To name a few not yet named:
The Killing Gameshow
GODS
Lemmings...
-
All the music in Turrican 2, especially the opening title. Its still playing in my head. I even bought the CD.
I also remember the R-Type music left my ST and PC friends gobsmacked!!!
-
Intro to Pinball Fantasies
-
Nothing beats Turrican 2 music! :-)
Well, Slamtilt has good music too :-D
-
Shadow of the Beast I
(no thinking, otherwise I'll fill this place with titles! :-))

My favorites:
Xenon 2 (got the Album :)
Gods
Fighting Spirit

Yep, Turrican & Turrican II rocked. Can't forget stuff like Xenon 1 & 2, Shadow of the Beast, Super Stardust, Batman the Movie, Pinball Fantasies, X-Out, Z-Out, Hybris and Silkworm either.
After graduating from a ZX Spectrum I couldn't believe the quality of the stuff my Amiga 500 was pumping out of the speakers.

Hired Guns
Turrican 2
Lethal Xcess
Super Stardust
Slamtilt

I happen to collect old Amiga Mods, and i have a lot of the good old games on ADF as well. The tunes that make me swing are:
* Silkworm, SWIV
* Turrican 1-2-3 (audible gems, really)
* F/A-18 Interceptor (1 meg RAM =)
* X-out, Z-out, R-type I+II
* Battle Isle Intro (Chris Hulsbeck rules)
* Ziriax
* Cannon Fodder (wins prize for most humerous MOD ever)
* Battle Squadron + Hybrisk (Discovery SOftware)
* Lotus I + II, III is not as good as that of its precedessors
* project X, SuperFrog
* UN Squadron
* ZeeWolf I+ II
* USS JohN Young =)
* TwinTris :D
* and so on...
:lol:

Oh! I forgot Zenon II and Elite II. :-D

I've been humming the Lemmings tune all morning, so I'd have to add that one on my list of top songs...
doo doo, doo dee doo dee doo doo, doo dee doo dee doo doo, doo dee doo dee doo, dee dee dee dee dee dee dee (Repeat)
Oh, and Alien Breed and Shadow of the Beast definitely.

Annoying! But the in-game music... wow!
-
There are some more games with good music I remember:
Superfrog
Crazy Sue I + II
Shockwave
-
There's a freeware game on Aminet called "Intruder Alert!" which is essentially a Berzerk clone; download it and play it and tell me it doesn't have the coolest game music ever! (BTW, there's a "backwards message" in the music!)

I think one of the best 'coulda' been the Amiga version of Road Rash, but the amiga port didn't include the ridiculous (funny) music that was in the Sega Genesis version. Even though later versions of RR were even better (e.g. 3DO/PSOne/PC), they didn't have the ridiculous game music and definitely lacked something as a result. And the amiga port had other weird glitches, even though overall it played pretty well - and they even kept the cheat codes, I reused some from the Genesis version on the amiga and they worked fine :)
