And what crappy day it has been so far. Got a sleepdeprivement induced headache, got a trafficfine and no time to do anything cool and/or relaxing in the weekend.  :-x

Oh and this 'summer' is still crap.....

The sun has finally poked its head out from behind the clouds today here in SE England too.
I hope it stays, all this bloody rain has been SOOOO depressing...

Well there's a bright spot on the horizon, I just got off the phone with me bro' and it's supposedly going to be good weather in southern Norway the coming week. And guess where I'm going next wednesday :-D.

i've had a sore throat for days....a week.....longer?

I could do that too...I've been nibbling on the length of my nightrest(?) all week long. And what am I doing....? Wasting time on a.org instead of working on my small(ish) essay :crazy:.

I know how it feels, I had it too last week
but it soon went over because of my sophisticated "getting well" techniques (lots of hot groc) I focussed to get better before thursday, because friday I was going a weekend off with Scouting (just came back).

Oh and if the world doesn't hate me yet enough, lightning struck in my parents' house saturdaynight while I was typing my essay. Luckily I put the thing on my ftp half an hour earlier.

The damage was significant: 2 blown up tv's, 2 monitors, fax/printer/scanner combo, VCR, heating system, 1 laptop (partly), TV signal amplifier (this is where the lightning struck first, it actually completely exploded. Completely black), ADSL splitter. Status of network equipment currently unknown.  :-o

strangely enough a friend of a friend in Florida also had her house directly struck by lightening (within this last week). and it fried all the electronics in the house.

i'm glad everyone is ok.
aside from being weirded out, of course!
