On my PC I have Windows XP, connected to the Web via LAN.
My A500/A530 (WB 3.1) does not have a Zorro slot, so I'm limited to a NULL modem serial connection. (The parallel is already hooked to another Amiga via PARNET).
I'd like to set up Internet Connection Sharing between the 2 machines (i.e.using Aweb, and/or AMITCP).
What are your suggestions?

What do you mean AWeb and/or AmiTCP?
AWeb isn't a TCP/IP stack.
Check out my Ami2PC-TCP.lha archive on aminet. Perhaps you can get that to help you a bit. If it's Windows that will be dialing in, then you will need WinGate set up as a Socks v5 server and then using the TCP/IP stack to route absolutely everything through the socks server..
AFAIK only Miami(Dx) has that feature.
[Edit] Or if you don't have MiamiDx but somehow can link it up with AmiTCP (which I doubt supports multiple interfaces anyway), if all you wanted to do was browse then you could simply have an HTTP proxy on the windows side.
