Title: Where to buy an A4000T case?
Post by: x56h34 on July 09, 2004, 11:23:42 AM
I've got an Amiga Tech A4000T motherboard but without a case. I've tried several PC AT full tower cases only to find out that the 3.5" drive bay is always in the way of the CPU card, and that the spacing of the serial/parallel/mouse/game ports on the a4000T ports module doesn't match the spacing of the holes in the tower (it's always off by 5mm or so) and cannot be fixed in place.

Unfortunately, Softhut doesn't carry the brand new original Amiga Tech replacement A4000T cases anymore. :-( Anyone know of a place that still does?

I love Pussy from Shrek 2, the scene with his big eyes and the knights. Brilliant :-D.

Maybe, www.vesalia.de has some left.

No, I e-mailed them and they said that they are out of stock. It seems that I will have to find a suitable PC AT full tower case, as genuine A4000T cases are only available on eBay.de occasionally, and those sellers in 98% of cases will not ship outside of Germany. :-(
