All mine are such, can't stand PAL (Use to hate that 2" gap at the bottom of screen when I lived in Europe and would use and see the Amigas in action, I ran a NTSC A1000 over there!) Though later European games would make use of the PAL screenmode and fill the gap... |

I bought it brand new with box, manuals, and everything, in Canada. :-) I was happy to see it's a PAL unit once I received it, as I was looking for a gaming Amiga at the time, and I myself prefer it like this as it defaults to PAL mode at boot (the real PAL mode, and not NTSC-50 as an NTSC A1200 would). |
