The majority of the disks seem to have died of old age though Or by being exposed to that magnet of that speaker  I am personally very suprised on how long my amiga floppies has lasted. Most of even my oldest ones still work fine today, even though they have not really been stored that nicely over the years. Is a whole different case with my pc formated floppy disks though, as most of them even refuse to format without errors, while my many years old amiga formated ones work just fine?? |
