MinTerm Posts:3 ![]() | May 24, 2012, 07:01:35 PM I used to own a TRS-80 Model III, fully tricked out @ 48K RAM, the RS232C option, 2 internal floppies like yours plus another external floppy drive and a Line Printer VI. I spent so much time typing up my essays on SuperScripsit (it could do stuff even WordPerfect couldn't) back around 1988-1994. Got my first Amiga in 1990 but still kept using the Model III. Used to have a Model I Level 2 basic, 16K (no Expansion Interface or floppies though) loaned to me before that. I did so much programming on those two TRS-80s. I was eventually forced to toss out the Model III (and my SuperPET 9000 and all its IEEE-488 gear) because the sheer bulk of all that computer gear would have cost a fortune when I moved. I kept the Model III ROMS, software and manuals though. Thanks for bringing up those memories. ![]() |
