Description: Downloaded last night and installed just now, this is the alpha 1 release of Timberwolf, the Firefox 3 port for AmigaOS4. It's pretty clear that it's an early alpha, but it does work. I suspect quite a lot of work still remains to be done for the user interface, which, it's fair to say, doesn't render of function properly. I suspect my machine is a bit underspecification as far as mozilla is concerned, having as it does 512MB of RAM (and that was only after a lucky find, previously it was 128MB). I suspect the debate as to why any Amiga compatible machine needs gigabyte quantities of RAM will become apparent. From my experience under linux, nothing eats ram like Firefox.
