Description: This poor creature was rescued by my friend Nick. It's in almost full working order. The case is the most yellowed I have ever seen but the photo didn't do it justice so I haven't uploaded it.

The board revision is a 1b which iirc is the earliest I've had contact with. Once it's been cleaned up a bit this machine is going to start a new life as a whdload game jukebox for it's owner Nick. It's well suited to this as it already has an 8meg fast expansion. The hdd is getting swapped out for a larger one. Keyboard has a dead space bar and possibly some other keys so I might be scavenging for one. |

keropi Posts:2466 | January 05, 2009, 11:30:12 AM yeah throw away the tin shield, it is useless :-D |
rkauer Posts:3263 | January 05, 2009, 03:04:26 AM Poor thing! At least it's only the tin shield who had enough. Toss the upper part away and do a severe grind on the under side and that's all. The Amiga don't need the upper shield for nothing, anyway. |
