Description: I've been working on this for a while. First to even find one that hasn't been destroyed by corrosion. Next I removed the old battery and cleaned the area. I used Fine-L-Coat to protect it and built a coin cell adapter with a diode, some .100 pin headers and little epoxy. Working well and storing the CMOS setting properly, I installed the Cyrix 486 upgrade. This Bridgeboard started out as a 386-20 so I socketed the oscillator and bumped it to 25 so the 486 runs at the full speed of 50mhz. Benchmarks are about the same as the Vortex 486SLC II now!
